There’s no escaping the 2016 Lincoln Navigator’s dominant
presence, what with its mammoth size and powerful engine performance. It’s
simply impossible to ignore a creation as elaborately distinct as this one, and
you’d be better off having this in your own corner.
Reinvigorated Engine
Specs
Sure, it was especially intimidating in the past because of its notoriety as a gas-guzzler, but times have changed, and so has the Navigator. It’s grown up now, one might say, more attuned with incorporating practical efficiency than raw, showing-off power. The 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 is a testament to this improvement, easily making 380 horsepower and 460 lb-ft in torque, allowing it to tow up to 8,600 and 9,000 pounds, depending on the trim level that you choose.
Features Upgrades
Interior-wise, it still has that impressive look that easily
makes it feel like the hotshot that it is. The dashboard gets an all new
leather-wrapped dash, complete with twin-stitching at the seams. The
infotainment section, meanwhile, gets a big touchscreen, although it does
retain the knobs for tuning and volume.
If you’re particular about space, you’ll be glad to know the
2016 Navigator is not lacking in that department. If you didn’t think it was
possible to add any more space to its previous versions, this iteration
straight up proves you wrong. At 207.4 inches long, you expectations of more
than than just ample room will be met.
